Lucas Sambrook, Esq.

Lucas is counsel to various private lenders and banking institutions, including Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, TD, First Republic and HSBC, on residential and commercial loans as well as loan refinancing across New York. Tao He, Esq.

Associate

Tao is a member of the firm’s real estate and banking departments; he represents purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial properties including condominiums, cooperatives, single and multi-family homes. He also represents private lenders and banking institutions in residential and commercial purchases and refinances. Prior to joining Chaves & Perlowitz, Tao gained experience in both litigation and transactional law at one of the largest national full-service law firms in New York City. Having practiced law in both China and United States, Tao is also uniquely positioned to assist clients navigating complicated legal and regulatory issues in connection with cross-border real estate transactions.

Tao currently resides in Manhattan. When not in closings, he enjoys playing tennis and volunteering.
