CC manages the due diligence process for purchase and sale transactions, as well as drafting Contracts for sale. She is responsible for ensuring that all documents received are accurate and up to date before contracts are signed. CC also provides administrative support to the attorneys.

CC was born in New York but raised in Nigeria. She moved back to the United States at 18 and currently lives in Queens. She enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with family.

Natia Dreka

Client Relationship Manager

Natia assists partners and attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions. Her main role is to ensure that clients’ expectations are being met and managed appropriately, utilizing her long-term relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and bank representatives.

Raised in Tbilisi, Georgia, Natia moved to the United States at the age of 16 where she lived in Alaska, Hawaii and traveled throughout the country. She now lives in downtown Manhattan and enjoys snowboarding, running, reading and spending time with friends.

Diana Garguilo

Senior Paralegal

In her ten years with the firm, Diana has become one of the most-liked paralegals in the New York real estate community. She’s worked on countless banking files; handling and managing all aspects of refinance and purchase transactions including scheduling closings, gathering the necessary paperwork and ensuring that all documentation is fully prepared for each closing.

More recently, Diana’s expanded her role into commercial lending, where she works closely with attorneys and prepares the documents for each individual transaction.  Diana enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with her family.

Corinne Bowden

Corinne serves on our banking team to provide representation for clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate, including condominiums, cooperative apartments, as well as single and multi-family homes. She also executes stock and lease transfers for cooperative tenants throughout the five boroughs of New York, and provides support to our team of attorneys, reviewing board minutes during the beginning phases of residential deals.
